London Fog Ale Yeast WLP066

White Labs London Fog Ale Yeast (WLP066) is the only choice for New England Style IPAs (NEIPAs). It produces a medium ester profile similar to WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast, but leaves some residual sweetness that helps accentuate both malt and hop flavors and aromas, and retaining a velvety mouthfeel. 

WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast works several other styles besides NEIPAs including: American Ambers, American IPAs, American Pale Ales, Blonde Ales, English IPAs, English English Pale Ales, ESBs, Hazy IPAs, Hazy Pale Ales, Imperial IPAs, Irish Red Ales, and Ordinary Bitters.

Attenuation: 75-82%

Flocculation: Medium to Low

Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High (8-12%)

Optimum Fermentation Temperature:  64 - 72 F
