White Labs Sake #7 (WLP705) is a yeast strain that will produce a full-bodied character and subtle fruity esters. It is for use in rice-based fermentations, although it can also be used successfully in beer fermentations. It is typically used in conjunction with koji in order to produce fermentable sugar.
