West Yorkshire Ale 1469


The Wyeast 1469 West Yorkshire Ale will produce ales with a full chewy malt flavor and character. It will finish dry and produce a balanced beer. There are moderate nutty and stone-fruit esters. It is reliably flocculent and produces bright beer without filtration. It is best used in the production of cask-conditioned Bitters, ESBs, and Mild Ales.

Attenuation: 67 - 71

Optimal Temperature Range: 64 - 72 F

ABV: 9
