Astra

Astra is an Australian grown Dual Purpose hop. It is owned by Ellerslie Hop Breeding Program.

It features sweet citrusy and fruity notes combined with a unique underlying spiciness. There are aromas of white wine, melon, candied orange and honey.

It works well in American Pale Ales, Australian Ales, IPAs, and Amber Ales.

Alpha Acids: 7-10%

Beta Acids: 4-6%

Co-Humulone as % of Alpha Acids: 26-28%

Total Oils (mL/100g): 1.0-3.0

Humulene: 6-8%
