Belgian Ardennes 3522

The Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes is one of the great and versatile strains for the production of classic Belgian Style Ales. It will produce a beautiful balance of delicate fruit esters and subtle spicy notes, yet neither will dominate. This strain is highly flocculent and will result in bright beers, unlike many Belgian Style Strains.

Optimal Temperature Range: 65-76 F

ABV: 12
