Bitter Orange Peel

Bitter Orange Peel will add a mild citrus aroma and flavor with slight hints of an herbal aroma. It is the traditional ingredient for Belgian Witbiers and is the primary flavoring for Triple Sec. They are sometimes known as Seville Oranges.
