Dr. Rudi (Super Alpha)

Dr. Rudi also known as Super Alpha is a New Zealand grown dual purpose that has an alpha acid range of 10-12% and a beta acid of 7-8.5%. It is owned by NZ Hops Ltd. and in 2012 they officially changed the name from Super Alpha to Dr. Rudi.

There are aromas of resin, pine and lemongrass.

It's a great choice for Ales or Lagers.

Green Bullet is a possible substitution for Dr. Rudi.
