Eclipse®

Eclipse® is an Australian grown dual purpose hop owned by HPA (Hop Products Australia) under Cultivar/Brand ID HPA 016. It was only released in 2022 and is HPA's newest hop release. It has an alpha acid range of 15.7-19% and a beta acid range of 5.9-9.0%.

When used in the whirlpool or during dry hopping it brings an unmistakably sweet mandarin flavor to your beer with strong notes of citrus peel and fresh pine needles.

It is fruit forward with flavors of sweet mandarin, zest citrus peel and fresh pine needles. There are sweet and sour fruits like kiwi and grapefruit that shine from the basil and more herbs that are features in the background and perfectly highlight these notes.

It's a great choice for IPAs, Pale Ales, Hazy IPAs, Juicy IPAs, NEIPAs, Lagers, Wheat Ales or any Hop Forward Beer!
