Elixir

Elixir is a French grown aroma hop owned by Hops Franch under Cultivar/Brand ID P 13-13. It has an alpha acid range of 4.6-7% and a beta acid range of 4.5-6.6%.

It is well suited for darker styles but can work in any fruit-forward styles and even spicy Saisons!

Elixir is a robust and complex hop with unique aromas of cognac, leather and tobacco. There are complementary aromas of sweet citrus and tropical fruit.

It's a great choice for Farmhouse Ales, Saisons, Biere de Gardes, Lagers and IPAs.
