Omega Yeast's OYL-111 German Bock is thought to be from the famous Alpine brewery in Aying, Bavaria. This German Bock strain is a versatile, malty-charactered lager strain and it balances malt and hop flavors very well.

It is a superb choice for not only Bocks but Doppelbocks, Oktoberfest Lagers, Helles, and is a favorite for American Pilsners, too!
