Harlequin®
Harlequin® is a UK grown dual purpose hop has an alpha acid range of 9-12% and a beta acid range of 7-9%. It is owned by Charles Faram Hop Development Programme. It is the daughter of the Godiva® hop.
It features a complex bittering potention with tropical notes.
Harlequin® is known for its big tropical fruit flavors of passionfruit, peach and pineapple.
While this is a relatively new hop it has shown promise in Pale Ales and IPAs.
It could possibly be substituted with Mosaic® (HBC 369).

Myrcene: 55-65%
Humulene: 0-10%
Farnesene: 5-15%
All Others (including β-pinene, linalool, geraniol & selinene): 28-34%
Total Polyphenols: 3-4%
