HBC 431

HBC 431 is a USA grown dual purpose hop has an alpha acid range of 14-16% and a beta acid range of 4-5%. It is owned by Hop Breeding Company under Cultivar/Brand ID HBC 431.

It features herbal, floral and spicy tones with notes of peaches, berries and tropical fruits. There are fine fruity aromas that include citrus, herbal and earthy notes.

This experimental hop has shown promise in Pale Ales and IPAs.
