Hibiscus Flower will add berry-like, fruity, and floral notes and impart a vibrant pink/red color to whatever it is added to. They make a fantastic tea all on their own, or can be used when brewing beer - add it during the last five minutes of the boil or add it during a secondary fermentation to get the full luscious effect.
