ICV D21 Wine Yeast (8 grams)

This strain is famous for bringing out fresh rather than jam-like fruit flavor. It will also emphasize the perception of acidity. 

It is perfect for warm climate, high sugar reds and will produce great mouthfeel from its polysaccharide production. It is a low SO2 producer.

It has an alcohol tolerance up to 16%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
