Marynka
Marynka is a Polish grown dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid range of 6.2-12% and a beta acid range of 3-4%.
It is known for its short, clean bitterness with a hoppy aroma of grapefruit, citrus, licorice, pine and aniseed. There is an exceptional spiciness with notes of the aforementioned licorice, aniseed and fennel that all is combined with citrus-like flavors. The aromas are strongly expressed as notes of iris, grapefruit and lemon with nuances of sweet lychee fruits.
Marynka works wonderfully in Ales and Lagers.
