Mozzarella, Ricotta and Farmer's Cheese Kit by Urban Cheesecraft

This is the perfect starting point for beginners! It is quick and easy to use but has tons of possibilities. Farmer's Cheese is a great cheese to crumble on practically anything - it's similar to a mild feta or a queso fresco. Ricotta is luscious and creamy and makes a great dip, cheesecake or lasagna. Mozzarella is perfect sliced or sprinkled over a fresh made pizza. You just simply have to add milk!

This Kit will make 4 batches of cheese, each batch will weight 1-1.5 pounds.
