MT Wine Yeast (8 grams)

This strain is a classic for Cab and Merlot since it will not only help color stability, tannic structure and mouthfeel but it also will enhance the varietal fruit and floral aromas - specifically strawberry jam, caramel and spice notes.

It has an alcohol tolerance up to 15%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
