Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast

LalBrew Nottingham is an English Style Ale Yeast that has been selected for its high performance and versatility for a wide variety of styles and fermentation conditions. It is a relatively nuetral ale strain that is stress tolerant making it a good choice for high gravity, souor and other challenging fermentation conditions.

Traditional styles preform great with this yeast including Pale Ales, Ambers, Porters, Stouts, and Barleywines - yet even non-traditional styles can be very successful with this strain such as Golden Ales, Kolsch, Lager-Style Beers, IPAs, and Imperial Stouts, plus so much more!
