 Opti-Red (8 grams)

Opti-Red is used to improve body, color stability and mouthfeel in red wines. For best results this should be used with Lallzyme EX. 

Opti-Red works by making polysaccharides available to complex with polyphenols.

 

To use mix with water and add at the start of fermentation. Use 1 gram per gallon.
