Pineapple Fruit Puree - Oregon (50 oz.)

This vibrant puree is sweet, tangy, and will add freshness and passion to any beverage endeavor. A stunning shade of sunshine yellow with a light and slightly translucent texture, this puree features a noticeable bright honeysuckle zest note on the nose. Oregon Fruit Pineapple Puree is a crowd favorite, bringing opulent tropical flavors.

Use one to two 50 oz pouches per 5-gallon batch of beer or mead. One can will give a slight flavor while two will produce a more pronounced fruit flavor. Because the product is sterile you can add directly to your fermenter for maximum flavor. There is no need to boil the puree. This product can also be used to make excellent fruit wines.
