Potassium Sorbate

Potassium Sorbate is a stabilizer that will prevent renewed fermentation when you are bottling or sweetening a wine, particularly before bottling. It should be used in conjunction with potassium metabisulfite.

It will not stop an active fermentation.


Usage: 1/2 tsp per gallon
