Premiant
Premiant is a Czech grown aroma hop that has an alpha acid range of 6-12.5% and a beta acid range of 3.5-8%.
It has a low cohumulone ratio which makes it ideal for a neutral bittering hop addition with its moderately bittering profile.
The aromas are slightly spicy and dominated by tea-like and citrus notes of lemon and lime that interplay with sweet chocolate and spicy curry, pepper and jasmine. There are also notes of lemongrass, passionfruit, quince and lavender.
Permiant is a good choice for your Pilsners, Ales, Pale Ales, Belgian Ales, and Belgian Pilsners.
