Rice Syrup Solids

Rice Syrup Solids are a granulated power adjunct and are similar to corn sugar (dextrose) and maltodextrin. They can be used to lighten beer color, add body, rice flavor, and to add fermentable sugar to a beer. They are often used by the mass production beers particuarly in their light beers.
