Standard Shanks

These ABECO Chrome Plated Brass Shanks are used when building your own kegerator, either with a refrigerator, freezer or cooler. The length is based on your need, and is determined by the thickness of the item you are boring through. They are 5/8" BSP Beer Thread. They come in a variety of sizes.

The 4 1/8" Length Shank has a 3/16" Bore and has a maximum wall thickness of 2 1/2"

The 6 1/8" Length Shank has a 3/16" Bore and has a maximum wall thickness of 4 3/8"

The 8 1/8" Length Shank has a 3/16" Bore has a maximum wall thickness of 6 3/8"
