Southern Aroma
Southern Aroma is a South African grown aroma hop that has an alpha acid range of 3.6-7.3% and a beta acid of 5.4-6%.
The pedigree of Southern Aroma includes Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh which leads to it having classic noble hop character all accented by a fruity South African terroir backdrop.
Southern Aroma has aromas of floral, fields of flowers, woody and spicy notes as well as noticeable fruity tones.
It is a great choice for use in Saisons, Belgian Witbiers, IPAs & Exotic IPAs, American Pale Ales, Lagers, and Belgian Ales.
A possible substitution for Southern Aroma is Motueka™.
