Southern Promise

Southern Promise is a South African grown dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid  range of 9.5-14.5% and a beta acid of 3.6-5.8%.

It features a smooth clean bitterness accented by a woody earthy fragrance that is highlighted by traditional South African fruity notes specifically of red berries a subtle touches of wild garlic.

It is a great choice for use in Lagers, Pale Ales, Pilsners, Hefeweizens, Wheat Beers and IPAs.

A possible substitution for Southern Promise is Southern Brewer.
