Southern Sublime

Southern Sublime is a South African grown aroma hop that has an alpha acid range of 10-13% and a beta acid of 4-5%. It is known under Cultivar/Brand ID N1/69.

Southern Sublime is known for its Kool-Aid and Juicy Fruit type flavors that get expressed as pineapple, citrus, mango, and red plums. It also features grassy, spicy, woody and resin notes. 

It is a great choice for use in IPAs and Pale Ales.
