SpecialX - BestMalz

BEST Special X® is a dark caramel malt that has undergone a short roasting. It develops a very intense yet extraordinary flavor profile. It has a maximum usage rate of 20% which will give you a bright chestnut red to chestnut brown color. It is great even in low grain bill proportions as it is excellent at supporting the overall body of dark beers and will make the taste experience more complex and interesting.
