This very aggressive and attenuative yeast is well suited for higher gravity ales and beers that you want to attenuate deep.
It flocculates well and turns over beers fast!
Great for American styles as well but it is known mainly for being used by one of the largest IPA brewers int he world as their dependable house strain.
British Isles Style strains can be traced back to Great Brtiain and the Republic of Ireland. Great in British-style Ales, Irish-style Ales and Scottish-style ales, but they are really nice in American beers as well.
A perfect substition for White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale.
