This is an exceptionally malty brown ale, made with a blend of dark roasted male, special light roasted malt, and crystal malts.  The hop level is kept low to allow for the addition of natural hazelnut flavor.  The hazelnut not only adds characteristic "nuttiness," it's also quite aromatic and complex on the tongue, a property that's best enjoyed against a very mild hop profile.

 

All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast. We recommend purchasing an ice pack for liquid yeast purchases that will be shipped.
