VL3 Wine Yeast (8 grams)

This strain is the go to for Sauvignon Blanc. It was specifically developed to enhance the varietal character and aromas. 

It will also work well for other whites.

Lees aging is recommended with this yeast strain. It will require nutrients. It is a low producer of VA and SO2.

Use 1 gram per gallon.
