West Coast Ale II OYL-009

Omega's West Coast Ale II OYL-009 is a consistent, well flocculating, well attenuating and easy clearing neutral strain. Slightly fruitier than West Coast Ale I OYL-004 and clean with a light perceptible nuttiness, its subtle citrus character finishes slightly tart at the cool end, and more fruit character emerges as fermentation temperatures increase.
