White Labs FANMax Bio Yeast Nutrient WLN2000

White Labs FANMax Bio (WLN2000) is a proprietary blend from White Labs that contains nutrients that have been optimized for great solubility of nitrogen in your fermentations. It comes in 1 ounce packages. It contains peptone and yeast extract that provides essential fatty acids, free amino nitrogen, nucleic acids, vitamins and minerals ofr your yeast. It is 100% free of Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) and contains no inorganic sources of nitrogen. 

Use 1.25 to 1.5 tsp. per 5 gallon batch.
