Farmer Blend No. 2

Farmer Blend No. 2 is an USA dual purpose hop that has an alpha acid of 9.2%. It can be used successfully in as both a bittering hop and a flavor and aroma hop as well as whirlpool or dry hop additions. 

It was developed from 4 distinct Puterbaugh Farms-grown hop varities that creates a complex punch of their individual characteristics yet together they play beautifully with strong notes of bright fruit and citrus all layered with spicy and earthy undertones.

It is a great choice for use in American Style Ales, Summer Ales.
