Nobility™ Blend

Nobility™ Blend or simply Nobility™ is a USA grown dual purpose hop owned by BSG. It has an alpha acid range of 4.2-4.5% and a beta acid blend of 4.9-5.3%.

It was developed specifically for lager brewing with a focus on noble-style hop characteristics.

Nobility™ has primary aromas and flavors of citrus (lemon and orange), lemongrass, green tea and herbaceous notes with a mixture of floral and spice.

It has found great success used in Bocks, Pilsners, Lagers, Kolsch, and Altbiers.

Myrcene: 34-38%
Humulene: 22-23%
Caryolphyllene: 26-28%
Farnesene: 6-8%
All Others (including β-pinene, linalool, geraniol & selinene): 3-12%
