Sitiva® (Citiva)

Sitiva® is a Hop Solutions Blend by BSG that is grown in the USA and used as an aroma hop. It has an alpha acid range of 7.2-7.6% and a beta acid range of 4.2-4.5%. It was developed specifically for use in Hazy IPAs.

There are strong expressions of ripe stone fruit, soft peach, sweet floral and tropical fruit - think lime - notes.

Sitiva® is best used to showcase its aromas in beers like Pale Ales, Hazy IPAs, Juicy IPAs, NEIPAs, and any Hop Forward Beer Style.
