Belgian Ale M41

Mangrove Jack's M41 Belgian Ale is spicy and phenolic. It will emulate the intensity and complexity of some of the best monastic breweries in Belgium. It will develop ripe fruit, especially plum-like, esters during fermentation which will be prominent in the finished ber. It does also have a lightly balanced phenolic character. There are clove hints with a multitude of fruit esters, alcohol and banana character.

Higher alcohol style beers are this strains bread and butter! With is high alcohol tolerance it will create excellent flavor and aroma characteristics.

It is suitable for a large range of Belgian Beers.

Flocculation: Medium

Attenuation: 82-88%

Optimal Temperature Range: 64-82F

Alcohol Tolerance: 12%
