This is a lighter version of our popular Mexican Cervesa recipe kit.  Everything has been lightened a little bit compared to the regular version.  Less malt and hops are used, which results in lower alcohol, calories, and carbohydrates.  The color is pale golden and body is very light.

 

 

All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast. We recommend purchasing an ice pack for liquid yeast purchases that will be shipped.
