The Cannular Canner comes in several different variations. No matter what size you are operating at the Cannular Canner offers a solution for you to start canning your beer!

The Cannular Pro is a semi-automatic can semaer that is easy to use, reliable and beautifully simple! The Cannular Pro Bench Top Can & Crowler Seamer comes with everything you need to start seaming 32 oz Crowlers!

The kit includes the Cannular Pro Semi-Auto Canning Machine, 110V Power Supply, Splash Guard Accessory and Crowler Chuck Adapter.

Whether you are a brewery looking to offer canned beer to go or a homebrewer wanting to keep your creations fresh and fully protected from the light, the Cannular is the answer. This bench top unit is one of the most compact and easy to use can seamers you will find. The Cannular only requires one person to operate and each can takes roughly 3 secondes to seam. With a two-person team, one person filling and one semaing, the Cannular becomes a suitable option for nano breweries doing small canning production runs.

The new Semi-Auto Pro model will guarantee that you get a consistent seaming process every time! Unlike the less expensive manual can samer, this machine has no lever for the seaming operation, meaning it's even easier for the operator to seam the can consistently and will not vary on how hard the operator is pulling the lever.

The Cannular Pro table sapcer is epcially designed to work with all standard 202 cans, including industry favorite 16 oz and 12 oz cans, as well as the 500 mL (16.9 oz) and 330 mL (11.2 oz) Can Fresh Aluminum Cans. The Pro Model features an adjustable platform that allows you to raise or lower the table spacer depending on what size can you are seaming.

The Cannular Pro can also be adapted for use with Tin Plated Steel Cans for food packaging applications. (But the 100mm Chuck needed for this operation is also sold separately.)

Operation:
The beauty of the Cannular lies in how truly simple it is to operate, and the semi-automatic pro model makes canning beer even easier. With only three points of operation, it only takes a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the machine. The seaming process is as follows:
  • Place lid atop the can and place the can on the table spacer
  • Turn the platform lever clockwise to raise the can to the seamer
  • Press the seaming operation button then wait for the can to stop spinning
  • Turn the platform lever counterclockwise to lower the can

That's all there is to it!

Construction:
The Cannular was designed to be compact, durable, and safe to operate in a wet environment. The platform assembly is made from 304 grade stainless steel, so no matter how messy your canning gets, there's no need to worry about rusting or degradation. The body of the unit is made from hammered sheet metal and fastened together with stainless steel screws. Rubber feet help keep the unit from slipping and sliding while in use. In addition, the Cannular features built-in brackets near the feet so you have the option to mount the machine to your counter or benchtop. The Cannular runs off of 24V DC power via the Anderson socket located on the back. This lower voltage was chosen specifically to make the unit as safe to use in a wet environment as possible.

Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a .4mm (.015") actual overlap is all that is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment.
