Lavender Flowers

Lavender Flowers typically have a very distinctive taste that is noted as being floral with hints of mint and rosemary. Adding them during the start of the boil will help to drive off some of the aromatics that people describe as soapy and leave a more cherry like herbal note. It will pair wonderfully with lemon, berries, honey and mint - really anything with light and bright flavors!
