There are intense fruity and floral notes that include sweet tropical fruit and complex aromas of mango, coconut, lemongrass, elderflower and even a hint of violets. But it is really known for its dominant strawberry flavors, there are also slight flavors of savory passionfruit, spice, and citrus with notes of herbal anise and black licorice.
It is a great choice for use in IPAs, Pale Ales, Briths Ales, Belgian Ales and Ales of all sorts.
Styrian Wolf is occasionally found in whole leaf hop form.
