Augustiner JY218 is another clean lager strain that is widely used for hoppier Czech and German-style Pilsners. It's also a great choice for a helles lager as well.
More pronounced yeast esters when fermenting at warmer temperatures it features a more outspoken lager character than other strains.
Jasper Yeast Packets are suitable for up to a 10 gallon batch with a single pitch with a starting gravity of >1.055. They contain at least 200 Billion yeast cells.
