Riverbend's Hull & Oats - Hulled Oats are floor-malted oats that utilize a variety developed in North Carolina called Brooks that is prized for its high protein levels. The high protein will contribute to the signature silky mouthfeel of both NEIPAs and classic Stouts. The hull of the oats will aid in filtering and produce sublime haze in your beer!
