Belgian Specialty Malt of Munich Type. Kilned up to 100 to 105 degrees Celsius. A rich, golden malt that provides a modest color increases toward a nice, golden-orange color. It adds a pronounced grainy and malty flavor to many beer styles without affecting the foam stability and body. It is also used in small quanities in combination with Chateau Pilsen 2 Row to produce light oclor beers, improving the malty flavor and giving the beer a richer color. It will enhance the taste of character beers.
