This strain will emphasize structure, aromatic complexity and mouthfeel. There are flavors of cherry, pepper and chocolate, making it an amazing choice for Syrah, Petit Syrah, Grenache, Tempranillo, and Carignane.

It is a good choice if your temperature control is not available during fermentation.

It has an alcohol tolerance up to 17%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
