 Opti-White (15 grams)

Opti-White is used to increase mouthfeel and protein stability, avoid browning and protect fresh aromas during aging. It is rich in polysaccharides with high anti-oxidative properties.

 

To use mix with water and add at the start of fermentation. Use 1.9 grams per gallon.
