This strain is a fantastic choice for Syrah, Merlot and Carignane. It was developed for the traditional Syrah notes and its aromas will include violets, raspberries, cassis, strawberries, black pepper and grilled meat.
It ferments best between 59 and 86 degrees F.
It has an alcohol tolerance up to 16%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
