Cablecar L05

Imperial Yeast's L05 Cablecar will produce clean pseudo lagers at ale temperatures but will also work as a traditional lager strain even down to the mid-50s. 

It is the classic go-to strain for California Common style beers but will work well in a variety of styles while keeping flavor profiles clean and crisp.

Flocculation: Medium-High

Attenuation: 71-75%

Optimal Fermentation Temperature: 55 - 65F

Alcohol Tolerance: 10%
