Similar to JY127 but with a higher attenuation, this strain has its ancestry traced to a famous Vermont Brewery but Jasper sourced it from the Pacific-Northwest. It does well for hop-driven beerrs. Most noteably it is Peachy!

It flocculates medium and is a great choice for those hazy IPA styles while maintaining good attenaution. It combines beautifully with hops and provides a stone-fruit character. It can ferment at somewhat elevated temperatures without bringing ruin to a batch of beer as well!

It most likely originated from Britain long ago and works great for hoppy beers like NE-style Hazy IPAs, IPAs, and Double/Imperial IPAs.

It is fruity when fermented warm and this fruitiness blends wonderfully with hoppiness from the hops of your choice. These warmer temperatures really bring out the peach and paricot flavors.

It is a great choice for Hazy IPAs that require a higher attentuation.

A great subsitution for White Labs WLP067 Coastal Haze Blend.

Jasper Yeast Packets are suitable for up to a 10 gallon batch with a single pitch with a starting gravity of >1.055. They contain at least 200 Billion yeast cells.

Hazy IPA strains by Jasper Yeast Labs are known for their fruity, juicy and hazy qualities. NE Style IPA's are the result of a combination of specific malts, hops, yeast and process techniques. The strains classified under Hazy IPAs by Jasper exhibit strong biotransformative properties, a process where hops added at a specific time int he fermentation process will interact with yeast to maximum fruity-citrus character, increasing the concentration and resulting flavor from hop oil components like geraniol, linalool, and citronelle, in the finished beer.

American Ale stains by Jasper Yeast Labs are great for American-style Pale Ales, Browns, Ambers, IPAs, Imperial IPAs, Stouts, Wheats, Barleywines, Porters, etc. Each of the strains have their own unique characteristics
