Que Bueno L09

Imperial Yeast's L09 Que Bueno is a limited/seasonal yeast strain. It will create refreshing light to dark lagers that have very clean, low ester aromatic profiles and they will finish nice and dry and crisp. 

It's an excellent choice for Mexican Style Lagers but also any lager where a clean ester profile and dry finish is appropriate.

Flocculation: Medium

Attenuation: 73-77%

Optimal Fermentation Temperature: 47 - 55F

Alcohol Tolerance: 8%
